Something different every month:

  • Natural Born Heroes obstacles
  • Orienteering & OMM-style events
  • Story-style yoga
  • Forest school
  • Conservation work

And we're teaming up with local businesses and clubs, so members get discounted entry to even more.

After dark

Rave runs — music, lights and crazy dance moves

A social run with music, lights and questionable dance moves — hugely popular with children and adults alike, at a variety of locations and times. More party than PB.

“We were stressed after work, the children were bickering. Everyone felt energised and great after the activity.”— rave run feedback

Pick your kind of outside

Every event we post fits one of these — and if it doesn't, even better.

A group running the coast path above a misty cove

Trail & obstacle runs

The joy of running off road without pressure, competition or feelings of not being good enough. Natural obstacle-course runs too — wet, muddy and playful, with lots of stopping for games and chat. Think OCR, but friendlier.

Litter picks & plogging

Our very first event was a litter pick at Gwithian Towans. Themed picks and plogging — trail running that picks up litter as it goes — keep the beaches we play on clean.

Orienteering & OMM-style events

Maps, checkpoints and a bit of adventure-race spirit. Find your way across the dunes and headlands — navigation as a game the whole family plays together.

Children balancing along a fallen log across a woodland stream

Adventure play

Natural Born Heroes sessions on natural and man-made obstacles, story-style yoga, forest school and conservation work. Climbing, balancing, wading — being outside is the activity.

Socials

Members are invited to socials through the year — because the connection is the point. Sometimes there's cake.
